Jordan Gate Project is a luxury Commercial and Residential project with approximate height of 200 meters.
- Project consists of two high-rise towers that are connected by a multi-story podium.
- Project located on an elevated area in West Amman near the 6th Circle.
- Project Owned by Al-Bayan Holding Company and Al-Hamad Contracting & development Company.
The project consists of 3 buildings:
- The Northern tower is a residential tower with 43 typical floors (200-meter height).
- The Southern tower is a 42 floors tower featuring 531 room 5-Star Hotel operated by “Hilton” (175-meter height).
- In between, The multi-story podium will host a shopping mall, swimming pools, conference halls and restaurants.
Opening planed by 2020.
Proudly; AL-OFOQ ECE has been awarded the subcontract agreement, working under
Al-Hamad Contracting Company.
This new project for the completion
works of Jordan Gate is considered
to be one of the biggest projects in
Jordan for the year 2017.
AL-OFOQ ECE has started works for Jordan Gate project in March 2017 with the following Phases:
Phase 1: Rehabilitation Works.
March ~ September, 2017.
General Repair works, which includes:
- Bracing works: Anchoring & Casting for 10 new walls inside the building to brace podium building against seismic loads.
- Steel Jacketing: To increase some of the columns strength at the basements.
- Formwork & Casting for all remaining concrete works for the two towers.
- Scaffolding works: Installing ~ 20,000 cubic meters of scaffolding for different site works.
- Coring & Anchoring for new steel structure at the roof area & for Derrick crane.
- Finishing works: Installing roof insulation system for both towers.
Phase 2: Completion Works.
September, 2017 ~ June, 2018.
Structural Works, which includes:
- Parking Building: building a new elevated car park with an estimated area of 8000 m².
- Retaining Walls: installing a new retaining walls for the east side (~300 m³ of concrete).
- Repair works: removing & reinstallation damaged post tension slabs at podium building.
- Tendon Lock off for all needed post tension slabs.
- Concrete Works: Building a new 300 m² entrance ramp for Hilton Hotel Tower with surrounding shear walls & floors balcony at podium building.
- Coring: around 3,000 cores (1 to 6 inches diameter) needed for changing the purpose of use from Offices to a Residential tower.
Phase 3: Finishing Works.
May, 2018 ~ June,2020.
Different Finishing Works, which includes:
- Gypsum Board works
- Spray Plastering
- Floor tile works
- Epoxy Coating for walls & floors
- Painting
