Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC) located in the Al-Abdali district in Amman-Jordan.
It is part of Abdali Projects. The clinic is an affiliate of Johns Hopkins Hospital.
CMC Project contains 3 Towers:

  • Tower A: high raise building with a 36 Floors ~125 meters height
  • Tower B: 8 floors Building ~30 meters height.
  • Tower C: 9 floors Building ~40 meters height.
  • Basements: 4 Basements under the 3 Towers (A, B & C) with estimated area 5360 m² for each basement.

AL-OFOQ ECE have been awarded a new refurbishment project in Al-Abdali-Amman (Jordan), considered as the biggest repair project within Middle East for changing the purpose of use from existing residential to future specialized medical complex.

AL-OFOQ ECE was involved in the project for one year, through which we are executing the following works as a Subcontractor for Freyssinet Major Projects Department in France:

  • Surface preparation, Drilling, Steel fixing & Anchoring for all shotcrete areas (Drop caps, Columns & Slab Thickenings).
  • Surface Preparation, Drilling, Anchoring, Formwork & Casting ~850 m³ of Micro concrete for New Elements within the existing structure (~500 new Beams & ~600 Openings).
  • Tendons Lock-Off for all the strands around cutting areas (~1500 Units)
  • Local Chipping for 200 m²
  • Skilled Manpower Supply for Freyssinet to install the following:
    - 25,000 LM of TFC-H (Carbon FiberTissue)
    - Spraying ~2600 Ton of ForevaCrete 60.8
    - Logistic Teams
